Refund Policy

We offer 10 days refund policy, in case of change of mind returns, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund, exchange or store credit.

Provided:

• You inform us within 10 days of after receiving your item.
• It is in its original condition and packaging.

Note:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please do not return the product to us without our prior consultation. If no consultation has occurred, a refund will not be provided.

If the return is accepted:

• You will be provided with a return label,
• We will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus return postage and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price and the shipping fee; or
• You have not been provided with the return label, we will refund the item price and the shipping fee minus a restocking fee of 15% of the item price and the shipping fee.
